  3. Mix agar-agar, water, and sugar. Use medium heat and stir continuously until it boils.
  4. Pour agar-agar mixture bit by bit to the egg whites. Add lemon juice and fold (you can also use a mixer for this) but be careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour into mold and wait until set. I like to cool it in the fridge before serving.
