  3. In large pot, heat olive oil. Toss in onion, jalapeño and garlic. Saute until onion is translucent.
  4. Sprinkle flour over vegetables. Stir and allow flour to cook for at least two minutes. (You're making a roux)
  5. Slowly pour in bowl ingredients from step 1, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add cooked meat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Add in crushed tomatoes. Simmer on low until ready to serve.
