Dal fry is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions every day. It is simple, it is quick, it tastes delicious. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Dal fry is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have dal fry using 8 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Dal fry:
  1. Get 1 cup tur dal
  2. Make ready as required garlic, green chillies, coriander,
  3. Take 1 tomato, onion
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp Jeera,
  5. Take 2 dry red chillies,
  6. Take as per taste salt,
  7. Prepare 1 lime
  8. Take as needed haldi powder, dhania powder
Instructions to make Dal fry:
  1. Pressure cook one cup tur dal. Take at least 4 whistles
  2. Take a kadai and heat it. To it add ghee after it gets heated add zeera.
  3. After zeera splutters to it add some crushed garlic, green chillies and few coriander leaves and saute nice for 2 minutes. Do not burn
  4. To this add onion, tomato, and stir again for 5 more minutes till tomato gets mushy. Then add dal, and salt to taste.
  5. Let it boil nicely and stir it time to time. Squeeze a lemon. And check fr taste.
  6. Then take ghee in a tadka vessel and give tadka of broken 2 dry red chillies.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
