  2. Make your white sauce by adding diced onions to foaming butter and cook until soft.Add flour and stir out the mixture.Add milk gradually until it forms a lovely silky sauce.Add cheese and gently melt into the sauce.
  3. Now we are ready to assemble.A base of broccoli & Tomato sauce followed by a layer of pasta and then a layer of your cheesy white sauce and repeat until your mixture has gone.I used 3 pasta sheets as this was only a small baking dish for two.Always finish with the white sauce topped on last to make sure all the pasta is covered.Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until cooked through and the cheese sauce is bubbling.
  4. Remove lasagna from the oven and serve with some oven roasted tomatoes.All the best and enjoy 😉
