5. Prepare handful sml chopped broccoli florets
6. Take 210 g farfalle pasta
7. Get tsp dried chilli flakes - optional
8. Make ready big knob of butter
9. Get salt and lots of black pepper
10. Get drizzle oil

1. Firstly get your pasta on to boil, take off the hob when just under done. Save a cup of the cooking water.
2. Slice your button mushrooms and bash your pork and then slice to a similar size as your mushrooms and pasta.
3. Add the butter and oil to a hot pan and add the pork and cook for a few minutes, add the mushrooms and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Next cook your broccoli for a few minutes then pop under a cold tap so it keeps it's colour.
5. Add your pasta to the pork and mushrooms with 1/2 a cup of the pasta cooking water and creme fraiche, cook for a min or 2 until hot.
6. Add the broccoli to the pasta, season and stir. add a little more cooking water to loosen the sauce if need be. add the chilli flakes and serve.
