  1. Take 1 lb lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cook lasagna noodles
  3. While pasta is boiling begin to sautee onion in butter
  4. Mix mashed potato with milk half the onions, and grated cheese till creamy
  5. Layer a lasagna pan with noodles, and potato mixture alternating every other layer until all potato and noodles are used, ending with noodles.
  6. Pour remaining onions and butter over casserole, cover, and bake for 30-45 min.
  7. Let cool before digging in!
