In tradtional pitla recipe, gram flour is cooked like a vegetable in a spicy onion-ginger-garlic-chilli curry base. It is the perfect recipe to make. Whenever I make Pitla at home, I feel very nostalgic. It reminds me of my childhood days.

Instructions to make Pitla ki recipe:
  1. In abowl take besan add dry masala mix well and add 3 cup water and keep aside for 5 minutes And chop the onion green chilli and keep aside
  2. In a kadai add oil and heat it then add jeers, mustard seeds FRI for few seconds then add Hing and onion and ginger garlic and fry for 1 minutes then add besan mixture mix continuously.
  3. Pitla comes boil then add salt to taste and stare continuously and cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame at last the oil will relieves in the kadai and then of the flame and add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  4. Pitla recipe is ready. serve with lachha paratha yah Bajre Ki Roti.
