  12. Prepare 2 Sprigs 4" Rosemary
  13. Get 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice [divided]
  14. Get 4 Slices Lemon Wedges [divided]
  15. Get 1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic [divided]
  16. Take 1 tsp Lemon Pepper [devided]
  17. Take 1 tbsp Fresh Dill [divided]
  18. Take ● For The Asparagus
  19. Prepare 1 Pound Fresh Asparagus [rinsed - dried - 2" woody ends chopped off]
  20. Get 2 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil [to coat asparagus]
  21. Take 2 tbsp Fine Grated Parmasean Cheese
  22. Take 1 tsp Lemon Pepper

  24. Make ready 1 Package Knoors Hollandaise Sauce [+ whole milk and butter]

For an easy weeknight seafood dinner, make baked cod by roasting fresh fillets with parmesan cheese and a lemon garlic sauce – the cod ends up. Directions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. To serve: Place arugula on bottom of serving dish, top with grilled citrus. Place grilled salmon on top of citrus; spoon desired amount of herb mixture onto salmon.

  5. Clean and heat your grill to high.
  6. Soak your cedar planks in water for 10 minutes. Rinse and pat salmon dry. Coat salmon with olive oil. Season and add sliced lemons.
  7. Grill salmon for 8 + minutes depending upon the thickness of your salmon. Try not to open your grills lid while grilling. You'll want that cedar to heat up and smoke your fish!
  8. Finished grilled King Salmon.
  9. At the same time, place your marinated jumbo shrimp on a vented BBQ flat plate and grill for 4 minutes.
  10. Fully BBQ'd Shrimp.
  11. Feel free to make a quick, easy Hollandaise Sauce for your asparagus. Knoors makes a great one! It only requires whole milk and butter.
