  4. Get a good sear on the pork chops and flip.
  5. Let sear on the otherside then cover with the bbq sauce and put in oven for about 12 minutes or until done, still blushing on the inside.

Nicely season the pork with salt and pepper on both sides. When it starts melting, add some butter. Season the apples with salt and pepper.
