The ingredients needed to make Mashed Cauliflower:
  1. Get 1 head Cauliflower *cut into florets
  2. Get 2 cloves Garlic
  3. Get 1 teaspoon Salt for cooking Cauliflower

  5. Get Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup grated Parmesan OR Cheese of your choice
Steps to make Mashed Cauliflower:
  1. Cook Cauliflower and Garlic in boiling salted water in a large saucepan until tender.
  2. Drain very well, and return to the saucepan. Add Butter, mash, season with Salt & Pepper as required. Add grated Parmesan OR Cheese of your choice, and use a spoon or spatula to mix until smooth. - *Note: Do not use a whisk or mixer to mix in the Parmesan. - You will have a hard to time to clean it.
