  2. Add the butter to a frying pan heat up then add the onions fry for 1 minute. Then the bacon bits. Fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Boil the sprouts then in a colunder rinse with cold water to keep them firm. Drain for 10 minutes.
  4. Cooked.
  5. Next cut the sprouts in half down towards the root.
  6. When the bacon and onions are near to cooked Add the sprouts give it a fast fry for a couple of minutes so as the flavour of the bacon and onions soak into the sprouts.
  7. Add a little more butter and black pepper.
  8. Ready.when the sprouts are a little brown.
