  1. First take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil
  2. Add onion chopped and green chilli
  3. Saute till pinkish onion
  4. Add cauliflower and peas saute it
  5. Add besan saute it till besan is brown
  6. Add bread crumbs and badam grind
  7. Mix well
  8. Add salt,red chilli powder,garammasala
  9. Mix well make pattice
  10. Take 2 bowl in one bowl put some seesum seeds add red colour
  11. Another bowl put green colour in seesum seeds
  12. Take a patties dip in maida ghol than roll in seesum seeds one by one colour
  13. Deep fry it
  14. Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce
