The ingredients needed to make Masala Paratha:
  1. Take half cauliflower head finely chopped
  2. Get 1 green chilli
  3. Take 1 onion
  4. Prepare 1 egg mashed boiled
  5. Make ready coriander leaves
  6. Make ready as required garam masala
  7. Take 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  8. Get 1/2 teaspoon chicken salt
  9. Prepare salt
  10. Make ready 3 cups wheat flour
  11. Get water
  12. Get ghee
Steps to make Masala Paratha:
  1. Firstly, knead the wheat flour with water and salt to a smooth dough. cover and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the onions and green chilli and stir for about 2 minutes
  3. Add garam masala,chilli powder,chicken salt,salt and cook till the raw smell goes
  4. Now add the finely grated cauliflower,mashed boiled egg and cook for another 3-4 minutes
  5. Add the coriander leaves to this mixture
  6. Take it off the heat and let it cool
  7. Take a medium sized ball from the dough.
  8. Roll out a small disc about 3 inches in diameter from the dough ball.
  9. Add a few tablespoons of the cauliflower mix in the center on top of the rolled out disc. be careful as not to under stuff or over stuff the paratha.
  10. Bring the edges of the dough, join them and flatten them.
  11. Now roll the stuffed parathas gently to a size of a chapati or roti.
  12. Roast the gobi paratha with ghee till browned and uniformly roasted on both sides.
  13. Serve gobi paratha hot with yogurt, pickle or white butter.
