For tadka take a tadka pan add 1 tsp oil mustard seeds and fennel seeds red chillies fry it after 2 seconds add onion and fry it golden brown colour now add curry leaves and transper this tadka in a Sambar add readymade Sambar powder and coriander leaves give it a good mix and switch off the flame
