Instructions to make Jowar Rava Pongal:
  1. Take a cooker add 1tbsp ghhee and add moong dal, jeera, green chillies n saute add pepper and add grated ginger and saute.
  2. Once you get nice aroma of moong dal add 5 cups water and add ravva and curry leaves. Pressure cook and give 2 to 3 whistles. Simmer for few minutes then off the stove.
  3. Fry cashews in a tsp of ghee in a small kadai and pour on to pongal and mix well and serve
