  2. Take a wok add oil then oil heat add garlic mix saute then add onion paste saute till golden brown then add ginger paste and tomato puree and all spices mix then add goat legs and water mix boil fir 5 minutes then garnish kasuri methi and coriander.
  3. Then enjoy goat legs(paya/kharora).
