Prepare 1 cup chopped onion, capsicum, Tomato and green chilli
Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Take 1 tsp garam masala powder

Steps to make Manchurian Masala Pav:
Take a bowl put boiled nuddles and 1 tbsp corn flour and mix well and fry them till they are golden in colour and keep aside
Take a bowl put chopped veggies and corn flour, rice flour and mix it well
Now add salt, pepper powder, chopped green chilli, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and add some water and make a dough
Now take some portion on palm and make small size balls of it
Now heat oil in kadhai and fry all the balls till golden brown in colour and keep aside
For masala:-Now take another pan put some oil and put chopped onions, capsicum, tomato and saute it
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and saute it for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame and transfer masala in a plate
Now take a pav and cut it from the centre and apply butter inside it and spread masala and apply Schezwan sause on top of masala
Now place 3-4 manchurian balls and fried noodles inside the pav and apply butter on top of the pav.
Garnish with chopped coriander. - Now manchurian masala pav is ready - Enjoy with sauce.
