  3. In a kadahi add mustard oil,curry leaves,mustard seeds,groundnuts,ginger stir all for a minute,add chopped veggies and make it crunchy
  4. Now add hot water with salt then roasted semolina to the mixture. Stir continuously the mixture to prevent lumps.when water is absorbed by semolina mix veg upma is ready
  5. Take it in plate,garnish with curry leaves and serve.
