  3. Add tomato and mash them well. Add all spice mix and give it a good mix and just add 2 table spoon of water so that it mix well.
  4. In the spice mix now add capsicum and sauté it for 3-4 mins.
  5. Add fried potatoes now. Give it a mix and sauté it for another 2-3 mins.
  6. Capsicum potato sabzi is ready. Serve it with chapatis.
