  1. Take Jackfruit and cut into small pieces, and put it in steam pot
  2. After boiling it's look like this
  3. Now put in fryer for frying without oil
  4. Now take it out from fryer it looks like frying without fry.
  5. Heat oil in kadahi and add cumin seeds and Asafoetida
  6. Add chopped onion
  7. When onion turns some brown colour, add ginger and chopped green chilies
  8. Add chopped tomato
  9. Cook for 5-10 min till tomatoes become soft
  10. Add Masale (salt, red chilli, amchur, cumin powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder, garam masala)
  11. Mix them well
  12. Now add jackfruits
  13. Mix them well and cook for 5-8 min.
  14. Now Kathal is ready to be served.
  15. Note:- you can deep fry/shallow fry the jackfruit.
