Singaporean Rice is one of the most popular of current trending meals in the world. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It’s appreciated by millions daily. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Singaporean Rice is something that I have loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Singaporean Rice:
  1. Prepare 1 tbsp salt
  2. Take 1 tbsp garlic powder
  3. Get 1 tbsp black pepper
  4. Get 1 tbsp manchurian masala
  5. Make ready 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
  6. Prepare 3 tbsps sugar (optional)
  7. Get 1 cup National tomato ketchup
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp synthetic vinegar
  9. Take 1 tbsp soy sauce
  10. Get 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  11. Take 100 ml warm water
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup Olive oil
  13. Prepare 2 tbsps corn flour (for thick texture)
  14. Make ready 1/2 tbsp zafiran
  15. Make ready 2 cups of basmati rice
  16. Take 1 pack of spaghetti (you’ll need the half)
  17. Take 1 or 1/2 chicken boneless cut into cubes, you can cut it into long strips as well
Steps to make Singaporean Rice:
  1. Cook the chicken cubes until white. Preheat 5 tbsps of oil in cooking pot. Add chicken pieces and cook on medium high.
  2. Add all the masalas I.e Salt (to taste), garlic powder, chilli flakes, manchurian masala and black pepper. Stir and coat all the pieces. Mix well and cook for 5 min on medium low.
  3. Prepare sauce. Add 1 cup ketchup / 1 tbsp of synthetic vinegar/ 1 tbsp of soy sauce / 1 tbsp of chilli sauce. Cook and stir until the sauce/gravy is present. Add water if necessary or corn flour if the texture gets runny. Add 3 tbsps of sugar (I like mine sweet). Cook on medium low.
  4. For rice take a large cooking pot and put 2 cups of rice. While on the other side you had your water boiling. Add water and a handful of salt. Check in time to time for it’s gunna over boil.
  5. On the other hand, depigment zafiran. And add the half pack of spaghetti. Add 1 tbsp of salt and 2 tbsp of oil in water. Place lid and let it boil for 15 mins or so.
  6. Pour zafiran paste on the spaghetti. For display, place the cooked rice, then comes the spaghetti and last but not least put the sauce on top the plate.
