  7. Get 200 gr prawns
  8. Prepare 50 gr cheddar cheese (or more!)

Steps to make Quick Prawn Orzo:
  1. Cut the vegetables, heat the oil in frying pan.
  2. Add courgette and shallot to the pan, fry in medium-high heat for 3 mins. When cooked, stir-in tomato purée and garlic, mix for 1 min.
  3. Add the orzo to the pan with water, bring to simmer, then turn down the heat to medium and wait until the orzo is cooked for 8-10 mins. When there’s around 3 mins remaining, stir-in the prawns.
  4. Add cheese, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Mix together.
  5. Plate ‘em. Enjoy the meal!
