  5. Take balls of the mixture and sort of throw them into muffin tray
  6. Cook for 20 minutes
  7. Spoon equal amounts of the ketchup onto each meat loaf
  8. Cook for 5 minutes more
  9. Serve with veg and rice or mashed potatoes
