The ingredients needed to make Pav bhaji:
  1. Take 500 gram preboild and smashed potatoes
  2. Make ready 500 gram preboild and smashed tomatoes
  3. Take 2 tbs chopped ginger
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp chopped green chilli
  5. Take 3 medium size finely chopped onion
  6. Prepare 1 medium bowl small pieces cauliflower florets
  7. Prepare 1 small bowl green peas
  8. Get 3 carrots roughly chopped
  9. Take 4 tbsp butter
  10. Prepare Handfuls chopped green coriander
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp red chili powder
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  14. Get 1 tbsp lemon juice
  15. Get 1 cup milk
  16. Take 1 tsp meet masala pwd
  17. Take 1 tsp coriander powder
  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp rosted cumin powder
  19. Prepare 8 pav
  20. Take 2 green capsicum finely chopped
Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
  1. In a thik bottomed pan add cauliflower florets, green peas, carrots, as required water, some salt now turn on the flame and cook until becomes tender now turn off the flame
  2. Heat the wok with 3tbsp butter then add ginger, green chili now add onion saute it 5 minutes on medium flame then add boiled tomatoes puree stir it few minutes
  3. Now add smashed potatoes, capsicum, all given spices and as pr taste salt mix it well
  4. Again add boiled all veggies, stir and mix it properly and cook for 5 min on lower flame
  5. Now add milk, chopped some coriander (left some coriander) mix and cook for 2 or 3 min on lower flame
  6. Lastly add lemon juice and mix it properly
  7. Now reduce the flame and garnish with some chopped coriander leaves
  8. Again heat the frying pan grease with some oil or butter then put pav and shallow fry till nice brown in colour
  9. Now reduce the flame and serve hot and enjoy it
