  1. Get Alginate Solution
  2. Prepare 1000 ml water
  3. Make ready 5 g Sodium Alginate
  4. Get Calcium Lactate Solution
  5. Get 200 g liquid (anything)
  6. Prepare 6 g Calcium Lactate
Instructions to make Spherification:
  1. Make 0.5 % Sodium Alginate Solution using blender
  2. Put in container, close tightly and let it rest in fridge for 30 minutes until it becomes totally clear
  3. Make 3% of calcium solution using blender
  4. Put in fridge for 24 hours
  5. Line up Sodium Alginate bath with 2 clear water baths
  6. Put Calcium solution into Alginate Solution, and transfer to water bath
