  1. Make ready 2 packets hide and seek biscuit
  2. Prepare 1 packet ENO
  3. Take 1 cup milk
  4. Get 1 cup sugar(optional)

  1. For making this cake I used a momo maker or matko. Add 3 cups of water in the lowest compartment of the momo maker and place it on high flame. Bring the water to boil.
  2. Grind the biscuits and sugar in a mixer into fine powder.
  3. Add milk to this mixture and make a fine batter.
  4. Grease a cake tin with oil or butter.
  5. Add ENO to your cake batter and mix well (only in one direction) and pour it on the greased tin.
  6. Place this tin on the second compartment of the MOMO maker. Cover with lid. Cook on medium flame for 25-30 mins.
  7. You could garnish with chopped nuts, I used Bourbon biscuits to garnish. This step is totally OPTIONAL!
