In a bowl add all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt & mix well. Set aside. - - In a jug add, lemon juice, orange juice & mix well set aside.
In a bowl add eggs, vegetable oil, castor sugar & beat until well combined. - - Add lemon zest, orange zest & beat until well combined.
Add dry ingredients & mix well (do not over mix). - - Grease 8 inch round baking pan with butter & sprinkle some flour on it.
Add cake batter in the pan and bake in preheated oven at 175 C for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. - - Remove the cake from the oven & let it completely cool.
Using a skewer, prick holes all over the top of the cake, pushing the skewer through to the bottom of the cake. - - Gently pour the 5 to 6 tblsp juice mixture all over the surface of the cake, distributing evenly. - - The liquid will be quickly absorbed by the cake. The juice mixture will keep the cake moist.
#Citrus_Frosting: - - In a bowl add icing sugar. Now add just 1or 2 tblsp left over lemon, orange juice mixture mix with spoon like a runny consistency(not to thick not to thin).
#Garnishing: - - Place the cake upside down on cake dish and pour the frosting all over it. - - Decorate & serve.
