The ingredients needed to make Marinated Olives:
  1. Take Olives
  2. Make ready Salt
  3. Take 1 good amount of olive oil, I used about 100 ml approximately

  5. Prepare Oregano, fresh would be better but I only had dried
  6. Prepare Garlic cloves, sliced
  7. Make ready Rosemary, fresh is better but I only had dried
  8. Make ready Chilli, I used birds eye
Instructions to make Marinated Olives:
  1. Gently heat the olive oil over low heat, add all the ingredients expect for the olives. Do not let the garlic burn or brown.
  2. Allow to cool to warm or room temperature then mix in the olives and transfer to a jar. Cover with lid and store at room temperature.
  3. Note: I did not measure any of the ingredients out, I added to my taste, I did have to add a little bit more of everything when the olives were in the jar a day later as they were slightly bland for us.
