Take 1 tsp Jeera
Prepare 1/2 tsp Meethi dana
Take 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
Take 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Get 10 to 12 Curry leaves
Get 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
Take 2 Green chillies, finely chopped
Get 2 tbsp Oil
Get For tadka-
Make ready 2 Dry red chilli
Take 1/4 tsp Hing
Get 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

Take a bowl and add all pakodas ingredients in it and add water & make batter. And add curd
Now add oil to it and mix well. Keep at rest for ½ hour.
Assemble all ingredients-
Take a vessel and add besan and ½ cup water and make thick batter and add curd and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
Take a bowl and add dhaniya powder,chilli powder,haldi powder and garam masala and add 3 tbsp water and make paste.
After ½ hour make pagodas.
Take a pan and add oil. add methi seeds, jeera, rai fry a few seconds add chilli, ginger garlic paste,.
Now add curry leaves and fry 2 min on low flame. Add paste and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and fry masala for 2 mins on low flame. Add the Spices to the curry. Continuously stir for 15 mins on low flame.
Now add salt and sugar.
Add pakodas and cook 5 mins on low flame.
Now Add coriander leaves, we' ll make tadka and it to the kadhi
